I’m headed to the airport so today’s post is a punt to Aaron Patzer, founder and CEO of Mint.com, which was acquired for $170 million by Intuit. And I believe they cleared out the Quicken management immediately thereafter and put Aaron in charge.

This is a very clear description of Mint’s business model. It’s worth watching for a number of reasons, but particularly if you’re thinking of models.
